The Process Of Voice-Over Is Executed In Following Steps
- Assigning the project to a Project Manager, after the receipt of audio/ video file from the client.
- The script is then handed over to the team of translators, who translate it in the target language keeping in mind the clients specific requirements that are communicated to them by the Project Manager
- If the client wants the video to have subtitles, then the video file is given for subtitling and the final video file with voice-over and subtitles is delivered to the client.
- The translation is then sent to the voice-over artists, who check whether the durations provided by the timestamps of source file / dialogue of the target language in the translated file.
- The Project Manager understands the language pair and the subject-matter of the file from the client. with the clients specific requirements from the converted file with respect to target audience and target language.
- Our teams of transcriptionists listen to the audio and create a transcript along with the timestamps.
- In case of video file, the pauses are taken exactly like the character that is shown speaking. Moreover, the emotions of the speakers are also expressed in the voice/ tone by the voice-over artist.
- The final file in written form is then taken by the voice-over artist(s) and the audio/ video file is created. The content of the source language is rendered perfectly by giving due attention to the context, mood and emotions depicted in the source text of the audio/ video file.
